Friday, March 20th, 2009Weight Loss Genetics: Turning Carbs Into Fat
Believe it or not scientists have determined the gene which is linked to the ability of the liver to turn carbohydrates into fat. Researchers at the University of California, Berkeley bred mice without the gene can stay lean even when given the same equivalent carbs as those in the control group.
