The right combination of diet, exercise, lifestyle and your commitment to your chosen weight loss regimen can spell the success or failure of your attempt of getting rid of those excess pounds.
However, if the idea of limiting your access to food just doesn’t seem right to you, then you better get off the couch and move more! You must burn those calories you just ate to really see results!
Remember, your calorie intake must be the same number of calories you burn. But since you’re planning to lose weight then the number of calories you need to burn must be more than your calorie intake.
