Bootcamps can be a great way to get a workout in while you have fun doing it. You can perform exericses while while your trainer helps motivate you.  In california many of these bootcamps take place out at the beach or overlooking the beach!  Not only can you get a great workout but you are outside at the beach enjoying the fresh ocean air!
