Grazing in this diet means having a bite or two of the healthy veggies, fruits, and other foods you’ve put into your lunch box. This way you will have something healthy to munch on when you feel hungry and avoid pigging out.
Your lunch box should have a combination of 60 percent vegetables, 30 percent protein and 10 percent fat (salad dressing/condiments).
This weight loss diet is especially designed for people on the go, who are necessitated to just go to the nearest vending machine or fast food outlet to relieve their hunger pangs.
There is no promise for a quick weight loss. You need to stick to the diet to really results. This may be 7 days, a month, or a year before you arrive at your target weight.
